"We worked alongside a local interior design practice to create the look of every space we visualised: most of the detailing had been designed before we began, which meant we received a complete brief for every space. The project involved us spending nearly as much time in post-production as we did modelling the furniture - making sure the spaces and people conveyed the right mood/atmosphere.
For example - with the ‘Sanctuary’ space we spent significant time trying out different people, couples and families until we got it looking just right. Another space was the ‘Multi-Sensory Room’, where we were asked to create a space were patients and residents would feel as if they were in a different world. For those who could not see, the walls were covered in a variety of materials to provide a more tactile experience. Again we spent a lot of time in post-production creating the right mood and atmosphere.
I really enjoyed working on this project. We came on board late to inject our skills where previous visuals hadn’t been up to scratch, and found the scheme was well designed and conceived. I also found working with the client very easy, as their vision for each space was clear from the start, which always makes for a great set of visuals."
