We’re on the hunt for a talented 3D Artist to join us at our Glasgow studio.
Wireframe Immersive is a multi-disciplined CGI studio based in the heart of Glasgow’s City Centre, specialising in producing stunning digital visualisation tools for a wide variety of clients.
You will be joining a dedicated team of experienced visualisers, working to provide a range of top class CGI projects for some of the country’s leading construction, architecture and interior design organisations.
This is a full time role which demands a highly creative and dedicated self-starter who can demonstrate the ability to consistently create stunning, high quality work.
The ideal candidate will be equipped with a range of 3D skills and techniques, a sharp eye for detail and composition, and demonstrate a natural creative and artistic flair.
Although not essential, a strong portfolio illustrating previous examples of architectural, interior and urban design visualisation would prove advantageous when applying for this role.
Title: Full-time 3D Artist
Start date: Must be available to start from mid-January 2018
Create stunning, highly detailed CGI visualisations and animations (exterior & interior) for our clientele
Complete projects to the highest standard while working towards tight deadlines
Attend client meetings (travelling may be required)
Effective communication and interpretive skills when discussing client briefs to produce the desired outcome
Working individually or as part of a team to successfully deliver a project from inception to final delivery
Manage and lead up to two projects with support from the senior team
Essential Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience of working within a 3D visualisation environment
A strong understanding and experience with architectural modelling and visualisation
Experience in creating still CGIs, fly-through interior animations and construction phasing sequences
Keen interest in the architectural visualisation industry
Advanced knowledge of 3ds Max and V-ray
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Knowledge of After Effects and Premier Pro
Ability to interpret, optimise and work with 2D/3D data supplied by clients via software such as SketchUp and Autodesk Revit
Outstanding attention for detail
Organised and able to work to strict deadlines
Ability to problem solve and tackle creative challenges while under pressure
A positive can-do attitude and ability to work effectively within a team
Desired / Bonus Skills:
Knowledge of real-time development / Unreal Engine 4
Experience with VR development for Oculus Rift
Knowledge of the following software:
- Substance Designer / Painter
Creative and able to suggest innovative ideas for ongoing studio work
Familiar with the latest industry trends and techniques
Understanding of the construction process
