Last year, we partnered with Edinburgh-based Architects Aitken Turnbull as well as Hammond Care Dementia Centre to develop the VR-EP (Virtual Reality Empathy Platform). The idea was to combine architectural know-how with Dementia expertise, and our CGI experience, to create a device that could potentially change how Architects & Designers approach dementia design.
Earlier this year we attended the Scottish Design Awards, hosted by the DRUM. As well as being sponsors for the event, we were excited to have the chance to showcase our immersive walk-through virtual reality platform to the guests.
Working closely with the Aberdeen Harbour Board, we developed Real-Time 360-degree videos to showcase the proposed Nigg Bay redevelopment for use on both desktop and mobile devices. These incredibly realistic videos allow the user to click and drag their mouse, or rotate and tilt their smartphone or tablet for a full 360 degree view.
